The Favorite Products of Beauty Experts: Dr. Julie Chen
1. Aveda Smooth Infusion Conditioner and Shampoo

2. Aveeno Positively Ageless Body Lotion

I like a gentle daily cleanser for sensitive skin. This is a must because your skin needs to breathe and gentle cleansers clean the skin without aggravating it. Aggravated skin leads to more damage and more breakouts because it disrupts the natural protective top layer of the skin and if the skin is too dry, our pores secrete more of its natural oils and may lead to more breakouts.

I use an 3. Antioxidant Serum (Dr. Chen likes options from Dr. Patricia Wexler, Dr. Weil's Plantidote from Origins or Dr. Perricone's Super Algae line) for night time and a 4. Moisturizing Lotion (seen here is Dr. Patricia Wexler, Dr. Chen also likes Aveda) for night time. For day time, I'll use an antioxidant serum first then of course a 5. Sunscreen of at least SPF 25 (seen here is Dr. Patricia Wexler, Dr. Chen also likes Aveda).

I keep my make up light with tinted moisturizer with SPF 25, 6. Aveda Inner Light Mineral Tinted Moisture. I prefer cosmetic products that are organic and with less chemicals and that have added benefits of antioxidants or healing vitamin properties for the skin. I like a natural look instead of a look that is too heavy-handed when it comes to make up. 7. Eyeliner and blush and tinted lip conditioner or lipgloss are usually from Dior or Chanel.
