The people over at Modnique have created a great tutorial on how to create a smokey eye. It looks pretty easy the way they did it, really the emphasis is on having the correct brushes, not so much the exact colors. My only complaint is that the camera frequently goes out of focus, which I guess is "artsy" but in a tutorial I found it to be distracting.
