Ok, yes, I am fully aware that only one of these is a pigment. Technically the other is a glitter. Whatever.
Reflect Blue Glitter: It appears white in the jar but once applied it offers a very sheer wash of white and has small blue shimmer that is slightly more prominent in the sun.
Naval Blue: This smokey blue reminds me of denim.
I typically use pigments for almost anything. They can be an eye shadow, a blush, used to highlight, mixed into nail polish... You name it. These two will work great together.
