Too Faced's Pretty Rebel Eye Palette Review and Swatch

Have you seen the new Too Faced Pretty Rebel palette yet? It's absolutely perfect for this fall! I'm starting to really want everything gold (goooooold!), and this palette has an amazing one. And yes, that pink, I've heard, is actually not as scary as it looks. I'll do a look and share it, but for now I'm sharing pics to prove to you that you need this palette.

Read on for the pics!

I love that this palette really has so many thought out color combinations that will be amazing. And they are so diverse! You can have really pretty light pinky-peach colors, the perfect browns to complement it are there, you could add in a bit of gold (which is a color that I'm sooo obsessing over now).... Look at the green! (It makes me remember this green smoky eye, I need to compare those 2 greens.)

Dainty doesn't show up very well, but it is a very pretty matte light color that seems to blend into my skin very well. It's a great base for almost any eye look.

Charming is a good color for my crease (though it does need to be well blended on my pale skin) and I tried to show here that Girly does show up a bit more green when patted on (the right) and turns a bit more brown when you sweep the brush (left swatch).

I admit to being a bit afraid of Totally Fetch (though I love the name), and I am going to wear it. Oh yes, I am.

Finally Miss Sparkles is a great liner! I've already used it a few times with a little black liner first, and then I applied Miss Sparkles over it with an angled brush.

Too Faced's Pretty Rebel Eye Palette
I'm already in love with Ringleader, which yes, looks boring... but all over my lid with Dainty on my brow bone and a little Charming in the crease is a great go-to every day eye look.

Gangsta and Instigator are the 2 colors that I was most excited to try out, and I haven't really used them yet. I think they'll be perfect for fall and both will be wonderful for pairing with almost every other color in this palette.

Finally Bada$$ and Jailbird look like the perfect pair, but when you pair Jailbird with other colors, it looks much more silver than the silver-blue it appears to be here. I paired it with Charming and it was a very pretty silver smoky eye look.

This is the palette that I'll be reaching for over and over this fall. Which color combos are you most excited about?

  1. I really like all these colors, it just seems that some of them aren't as pigmented as I hoped. For instance I know that totally fetch would seem scary to some people but I am disappointed in the color pay off. Maybe with some primer and white liner base, it would show up better. I hope!

  2. This looks like a great palette. The packaging is adorable and I'm really liking totally fetch, ringleader and gangsta.

  3. I think Jailbird all over with Badass in the crease would be a great color combination for a silver-blue smoky eye.

  5. I'm falling for that antique gold look too and have been reaching for those shades. Their rendition of it is gorgeous.
