I was really impressed with the colors and level of pigmentation in the Electric Palette (check out my Urban Decay Electric Palette Review and Swatches), but I admit it is hard for me to figure out what to do with the all of the colors. I'm hoping to share a few looks soon (I'm waiting for my new camera and a light), but in the meantime I found some great tutorials while looking around for inspiration!
