Sometimes I wonder if I'm the only one that spends her morning shower planning things. I stand in the water and plan my day. I decide what I'll wear that day at work, running errands or hanging out with my husband and 3-year-old daughter. I plan 15 Minute Beauty posts and brainstorm ideas for my Babble posts.
I also love to think about what my plans are for the next 5-10 years. I'm currently 6 months pregnant with daughter number 2, and my husband and I have a vision of what our family life will be like when our girls are a little bit older. We have decided that because we both have somewhat flexible work schedules, we will become the family that travels together. Not all of our plans are grandiose, though we do want to travel to Europe and Australia. Our list of getaways includes short weekend trips around the Midwest such as Petosky, Michigan and across the border to Toronto. Family trips don't need to be every weekend, but we're hoping to get out of Ann Arbor every 3 months or so.
