Too Faced Chocolate Bar Gilded Violet Tutorial from Phyrra

Today I'm really excited to share a tutorial with you from my friend Courtney, over at Phyrra. She's definitely one of my closest blogging friends, we talk constantly on Facebook, we share a love of bright colors (though she's more daring to wear them than I am) and have a ton of other things in common.

Today I'm lucky enough to have one of her amazing tutorials to share with you!
