Avoid perfection panic when applying pencil or liquid eyeliner. For better control, sweep it on in small strokes, like you're connecting little dashes.Create a stencil for the liquid liner- apply pencil liner first, trace over it with the liquid.
Never use liquid liner under the lower lash line, it is always too harsh.
