MAC has just released a collection they're calling "Casual Color" and really, if you're often a bit more laid back about your makeup (like I am on my days at home), then you'll want to pick up a few of these really very versatile colors. They're perfect for super fast, on the go makeup looks! You can use a brush or your finger to deposit the color anywhere, though MAC doesn't recommend the eye area. I tried this and the consistency was a bit too creamy for the eyes, it seemed to wear off quickly. But.... for lips and cheeks- perfect!

In the pot, the consistency isn't too far off from a regular lipstick. It's just a little bit softer, but not much. It feels like a lipstick as well. When applied to the cheek it can make a very pretty and glowy cheek color, but it easily can be built up for more color (like on the lips). Many of the shades are very flattering.
Definitely grab a few while they're still in stores!
