Estée Lauder and Harpers Bazaar Team Up!

Every year Harper's Bazaar has their Fabulous at Every Age issue, and this year they are teaming up with Estée Lauder to conduct their second annual model search contest!

As well, to celebrate Estée Lauder is releasing a limited-edition Fabulous at Every Age lipstick and gloss, Estée Lauder Pure Color Long Lasting Lipstick in Bitten Fig and Pure Color Gloss in Red Tango. I admit that I was a bit nervous that they were both reds, but I assure you they seem to be very flattering for many skin tones. They are available at Saks Fifth Avenue stores nationwide, as well as on Saks.com and EsteeLauder.com. The white zippered carrying case (seen above) is available at select Saks locations with the purchase of a Fabulous at Every Age limited-edition lipstick or gloss.

First, the Model Search
You can enter on-line here-Fabulous at Every Age Contest, or attend a casting call.

Casting calls will be held at select Estée Lauder counters at Saks Fifth Avenue locations around the country January 20-22 from 11:00am until 6:00pm (local time). At the casting calls you can get a makeup touch-up from a Beauty Advisor, try the Fabulous at Every Age lip colors, then pose for a digital photo which can be uploaded immediately to the contest microsite – customers are advised to call ahead to schedule an appointment.

And now for the fun stuff, the swatches of the lippies. I found them to be a little more translucent than I had been expecting, which is great news since this makes them easier to wear. The red was a little pinker than I expected and I can see myself wearing them for sure. (And yes, your eyes are not deceiving you. Despite having different names they appear to be virtually the same color.)
